UTB is providing c.£6m of senior debt to fund the development with Iron Bridge providing a further c.£1m of mezzanine finance.

ASG Finance has announced the successful completion of a £1.7 million bespoke commercial bridging loan for a venue located on the River Thames.

The borrower owns a chain of quality hotels in the capital and needed to refinance their existing arrangements.

The £3.93 million funding will support the creation of five pre-let retail units in Faverdale, Darlington.

The five-year facility marks the fifth deal between the businesses in five years.

The split loan will fund the development of 8 flats and includes a top-up mezzanine loan of £857,000 at 83% LTGDV for 12 months.

The loan will fund the refinancing of a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets and provide liquidity for future opportunities.

Specialist mortgage broker Word On The Street and property lender Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) have completed £16,762,500 in BTL funding for a Midlands-based landlord client.

The loan was capped at 65% LTGDV and structured over an 18-month term.

The deal was completed in just three weeks ensuring the developer avoided a hefty fine from their concluding finance deal.
