Watkin Jones plc has announced the completion of a landmark build-to-rent development, Sherlock Quarter, located on Sherlock Street in Birmingham’s city centre.
The development, delivered on behalf of Get Living comprises 551 high-quality apartments, including 47 affordable homes, across six buildings in the heart of Birmingham. The much-needed residential properties sit alongside 16,500 sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space and a new pedestrianised public square.
Residents will also be able to enjoy exceptional amenities, with the site focused on creating a sustainable way of life through its co-working spaces, social lounges, gym, double-height sky lounge and a landscaped community garden.
