StuRents has launched Concurrent, its new property management platform that integrates marketing, contracting, payments, and tenancy management into one interface.
According to the portal, Concurrent is designed to "transform the way property managers manage their properties and streamline the rental journey" and, as well as serving the student sector, it will also be available to property managers in build-to-rent, co-living, and the wider rental sector.
Key features of the platform include tenant acquisition, flexible contracting, tenancy management, streamlined payments, and comprehensive reporting.
