Known as PRIME, it has been developed by the Spicerhaart Legal Services team to give potential purchasers a wide range of invaluable information about a property and the surrounding area.
Available in either booklet or 'e-reader' format, Spicerhaart believes it will help buyers get a deeper understanding of their prospective new home much earlier in the sales process, including the instruction of a solicitor.
Following a successful pilot in Wales and the West Country, PRIME is now being rolled out across the Spicerhaart Group of Companies. It expects several hundred clients a week to choose PRIME to help further market their homes.
Included within the seller's PRIME pack will be up to seven images of the property, detailed floor plans, the EPC graph, aerial photographs and OS maps as well as environmental information, local amenities and in-depth data on local schools plus planning applications within close proximity to the property.
Jonathan Lay, Managing Director of Spicerhaart Legal Services, says:
"Spicerhaart has a long history of innovation in the property industry and PRIME is another example of the focus we have on adding value for our customers. PRIME provides the perfect marketing platform for our clients, enabling them to be primed and ready to move."
