The 99 units comprise of two to four bedroom houses and one to three bedroom apartments, ranging in value from £280,000 to £590,000. SiteSales was appointed by London & Quadrant to manage the sales of properties at Walthamstow Stadium in March 2016 and Cathy Lloyd, Sales and Marketing Director at London & Quadrant, has since described SiteSales Property Group’s service as excellent.
The development is unique in its appearance, maintaining much of the original Art Deco façade and features tributes to its 75 year-old heritage as a racing track throughout the site, including the old kennels, the iconic stadium sign, the medal podiums and more. The focus for the development project was centred around maintaining the stadium’s nostalgic exterior while providing modern and affordable homes.

Our relationship with London & Quadrant is a long-standing one, beginning over 10 years ago following work with the team at Stratford Eye; a project that kick-started Stratford’s evolution programme. We look forward to continuing our work with them in the future. ”
