Following the success of the 2022 awards program which culminated in an amazing winner's party held at Studio Spaces in London, nominations and applications kicked off for next year's awards back in September and were due to end on December 9th.
However, due to a higher-than-expected response, Property Reporter is delighted to announce that these dates will now be extended to the 30th of December for nominations with applications now closing in the New Year on January the 13th.
Nominations can be made for any business which deserves recognition via the Property Reporter Awards website and those working in the industry can also nominate their own businesses and encourage supporting nominations from their clients and peers. The awards have many categories covering everything from lettings and buy-to-let lending to legal services and property technology.

"Due to the overwhelming number of enquiries this year, we felt it was only right to keep nominations open until the New Year and extend the applications deadline to January the 13th to ensure that everyone has enough time to get their nominations in and save disappointment.
"2022 has been a tough year for most and by extending the deadlines we felt that this would go some way to helping make 2023 a cracking year for even more UK property professionals."
