Orbiter enhances mortgage sourcing

Orbiter, the free online product sourcing and distribution platform, has announced upgrades to its mortgage sourcing and application systems.

The online forms for both the DIP and the factfind features have been revised to include a new range of fields to record state benefits and allowances.

In addition, lender affordability calculators are now available for the Manchester and Principality building societies and ING Direct, while the calculators for a number of lenders, including Halifax, Abbey, Nationwide and Alliance & Leicester, have been updated to match changes in the lenders’ websites.

Wayne Smethurst, managing director of Orbiter Distribution Limited, explains:

“These latest enhancements to Orbiter are part of an on-going programme of upgrades and improvements. As the mortgage market continues its recovery, we want to make sure that mortgage advisers can access the best possible online service to support their client business.
