Designed as a bespoke website ‘plug in’, the new service provides MAB brokers with an innovative lead generating solution through the provision of a powerful mortgage search facility on their individual MAB website.

Launched in April this year, Mortgage 27 was developed as an exclusive partnership with Capita Financial Software and is headed up by James Sadler, an IFA with 15 years experience

The key benefits of the new service include:

- Allows MAB customers to search all UK mortgage deals whilst on the MAB website.

- Provides monthly management information reports showing searches and activity across different mortgage products.

- MAB can track the number of enquiries they have received directly from our mortgage search facility.

- Increases customer contact rate from the website.

- Improves site optimisation.

- Allows the complete flexibility that MAB require

William Watling, business development director, Capita Financial Software, explains:

“We are delighted to be working with such a reputable name as Mortgage Advice Bureau. The fact that they have chosen Mortgage 27 above other competitive propositions is a terrific endorsement to the significant development that went into producing a flexible solution that fits the specific user’s requirements.”

Donna Brenchley, e-commerce director at MAB commented:

“Mortgage 27 has provided us with an excellent online sourcing solution for the new MAB website/ related business partner sites. We have already seen a significant increase in customer enquiries which we have no doubt, will lead to increased sales for our advisers. We have a complex model compared to most, and Mortgage 27 has been able to adapt their proposition to meet all our requirements and have been very easy to deal with.”

James Sadler, director, Mortgage 27 added:

“We are very pleased to work with such a high profile and professional company as MAB. The relationship is about results, and the work we have done to embed our system into the MAB website has ensured not only a great look and feel, but also ease of use by the customer with more leads going to MAB advisers. We are also now working with a number or large brokers and IFA’s to develop systems to maximise their website lead generation.”
