The UK’s largest independent estate agent has invested over £40,000 transforming the interior and exterior of the former Spicer McColl offices on Reede Road in Dagenham.
haart has installed new fascias, walls and carpets together with state of the art computer and telephone systems in the branch. There is also a break out area where customers can discuss their needs in a more relaxed, informal environment, whether they are looking to buy or sell and touch screen computers have been installed in branch for customers to browse haart’s properties not just in Dagenham but across London.
Heading up the seven-strong branch in Dagenham is Gary Scargill, Branch Manager. Gary, who has over 25 years estate agency experience in London, is joined in Dagenham by Ben Carmichael, Assistant Branch Manager; Shiraz Hussain, Senior Sales Negotiator; Sales Negotiators Sam Brennan and Michelle Salmon and Karen Roberts - Sales Progressor. Also based at the branch is Maxine Sutchley, Mortgage Advisor with Just Mortgages, the independent High Street mortgage brokers. Between them they have over 50 years experience in estate agency.
The opening of the Dagenham branch forms part of an ambitious programme of growth by haart across East London. haart has also just opened a branch in Ilford and currently has plans to open at least one more in the near future as it looks to become the area’s leading independent estate agent.
