Ross Bowen, Connells Survey & Valuation managing director, says:

“In next to no time, Connells has become a dominant force in this sector. Despite the initial scepticism about the value of EPC reports, there is growing interest in them and the role that they could play in our drive to reduce emissions and help the environment.

With the need to significantly drive down the emissions from our homes, growing political impetus and the need to reduce households’ utility bills, EPCs are set to play a more significant role in future.”

“It is fitting that this milestone has been reached as a result of Connells’ exclusive contract win. I am pleased that Connells has further demonstrated how to add value to clients’ changing needs so effectively.”

Connells continues to consolidate its position as a market leading provider of survey and valuation services in both prime residential mortgage lending and in broader areas of the financial services market including property asset valuations across the UK.

The provision and management of EPCs is another example of the breadth of services Connells deliver, utilising its expertise in providing professional property reports quickly and compliantly for an increasingly diverse client base including lenders, property companies and direct to private customers.
