The Company announces that the Board of Directors have now appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP to fill the vacancy as auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Two copies of the circular have been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority. A copy is also available on the Company's website. A copy of the resignation letter received from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will be filed with the Registrar of Companies.
