North Residential, which rebranded from the former Knight Frank team in Harrogate, moved to become independent in September last year, and has locations in Harrogate, Pocklington, and Northallerton, with further planned openings in Leeds and York soon.
As part of its expansion plans, the agency has now launched a service that aims to find tenants prepared to pay a premium rent on a flexible contract to retain the ability for a buyer to have vacant possession. It is not a service currently offered in Yorkshire but the concept has already proved successful.
The new service will provide more options for clients in realising the best value in their property transactions and much more flexibility for buying and selling depending on market conditions.
