According to the specialist buy-to-let arm of Nationwide, five-year fixed rates will start from 4.09% with a 3% fee, 4.44% with a £1,495 fee, or 4.74% fee-free.
Last month, TMW increased the window in which existing borrowers can switch to a new deal from six weeks to 13 weeks.
