This collaboration aims to 'transform the way properties are sold' and the way property transactions are undertaken through the automated provision of trusted data throughout the transaction.
The partnership will see the Home Owners Passport used to further support Knight Frank’s already exceptional client services by collating the property material information instantly from trusted sources such as HM Land Registry, integrating into the existing Knight Frank client portal, and supporting the data feed into the portal listing for the property.
Sally Holdway, CEO of Teal Legal, said:
“Our latest partnership with Knight Frank represents a leap forward in the use of upfront information in property transactions. The Homeowner’s Passport empowers homeowners, buyers, estate agents and other key stakeholders with real-time, verified data.”
Tim Hyatt, Head of Residential at Knight Frank, said:
“We’re excited to begin this partnership and look forward to working with Teal Legal to radically improve what is a unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating process for all parties, our customers and clients."
