The announcement follows the recent high-profile acquisition of Information Works.
The Marketing Toolkit is a comprehensive data and prospecting platform, joining iamproperty’s growing ecosystem including auction, CRM, and onboarding and conveyancing.
The new solution is a complimentary feature for iamproperty’s network of over 6,000 UK Estate Agency branches, enabling them to accelerate their success even further. The first 100 existing agents who join will receive £50 credit to get started. With no lengthy contracts or sign-up fees, agents can simply pay for what they use.
Offering ‘stand out prospecting’, the Marketing Toolkit enables agents to stand out from the crowd, giving them everything they need to enhance their prospecting, win more instructions and increase their market share.
Key features include expert property data and reports, which include 70% of your clients’ upfront Material Information, on-market and off-market campaigns, customisable direct mail templates and time-saving automation tools – all supporting agents to generate a steady stream of instructions with minimal admin.
