Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division has announced that it has provided a £3.3m finance package for York-based developer Northmead Homes.
Maple Fields comprises 13 two-, three, four and five-bedroom homes in the desirable village of Huby. The village is in a semi-rural location with picturesque views but within easy commuting distance of the city of York.
The homes are energy efficient and feature air source heat pumps, solar panels, and battery storage. They are also finished to a high specification with bespoke kitchens and utility rooms. Over 75% of the properties on the site have been sold with just three remaining to purchase, which will be finished in Spring 2025.
