Experiencing significant year-on-year growth since becoming a Ltd. Company in 2004, the Manchester-based firm is continuing to dominate the international property field by bringing in sales that are way above the current industry average on a regular basis.

Jeremy Knight, Knight Knox International’s Managing Director says:

“Hitting 100 sales in a month was one of my original aims for the team and I am absolutely delighted with this latest result.

Since the property crash in 2008 most firms saw a downturn in sales, but as a company, we are experiencing an increasing demand for investment property in both the UK and overseas markets”.

The North West property investment firm is experiencing phenomenal growth, in the main due to its careful selection of properties in a diverse range of countries around the world, many of which are secured on an exclusive basis. The company is also extremely proud of the level and quality of service it provides to its clients, alongside a dedicated after sales service at a level required to support this level of business.

Knight further comments

“I am immensely proud of the entire team and this steady growth has assured us that the decisions we are making as a company are solid, in our aim to become the UK’s leading property investment firm.”

Over the past two years the company has grown significantly, with key appointments being made in the form of Business Development Director John Power and Sales Director Martin Copeland. In addition to this, six other staff members have been taken on board, including Sales and IT personnel and a professional marketing team.

Due to the growing size of the team, in October last year the company expanded its operation by moving its Head Office from Worsley to the exciting new Media City site in Salford Quays. Working in such a central location allows easier access to all major routes both in and out of the city, as well as providing the sales team with a professional base from which to hold client meetings and events.

Proud of its Northern Heritage, the company currently employs 27 staff, the majority of which are local to the area. Knight Knox International is now looking to further increase the size of its team, with new sales and admin personnel, in order to keep pace with the growing demand it is receiving for investment and lifestyle properties.
