Known for giving a vast proportion of its profits back to community projects, Three Sixty has announced the expansion of its services, including home sales, as part of its online estate agency and property management arm, Three Sixty Living.
Three Sixty Living already work with landlords across Greater Manchester assisting them to tackle the frustrations they have experienced when trying to sell or purchase properties. Issues such as hidden expenses, unnecessary stresses added by estate agents and the lack of personalisation with online offerings prompted Three Sixty Living to launch their home sales service in mid-April, with an experienced team ready to ensure the experience is positive.
Three Sixty aren’t alone in their thoughts on the sector - WiggyWam released a survey in April 2021 that said 80% of homeowners believe the process of buying a house has remained largely the same or has worsened during their lifetime. Meanwhile, just over three quarters also believe the service provided by agents and other players in the industry has also declined or remained static.
The firm aims to change this with a friendly service that puts people at the heart of the transaction.
The service is offering an introductory home-selling service at just a £995 + VAT flat fee, including There free marketing appraisal, free advertising on Rightmove, a free accompanied viewing, and no-add-on costs.
As Three Sixty donates a high proportion of its profit to local causes, homeowners who use Three Sixty Living will know they are contributing to the positive lives of their local communities too.
David Wright, Chair of the Board of Three Sixty, said: “We are very proud to be able to deliver another new service which will bring positive change to an ever-changing industry which is in uncertain times. Every Three Sixty Living colleague is dedicated to creating a better experience for all customers.”
