The new site, which is already live, will further support the firm as it moves to offer a wider range of legal services and expertise to the property sector.
Landlord Action says that the new branding signifies the strength of the company and goes hand in hand with the more complex legal cases that will be undertaken by the team.
Landlord Action joined Hamilton Fraser in 2017, enabling the Group to offer an end-to-end lifecycle service to landlords, covering everything from insuring their property and protecting the deposit, to protecting against poor service by their letting agent and helping landlords get their property back in the event of non-payment of rent or other tenancy issues.
The last two years have certainly been turbulent for landlords, with eviction suspensions and extended notice periods. Since the ban on bailiff enforced evictions ended, the number of renters being evicted has increased and Landlord Action predicts that in 2022 possession figures will at least double those seen in 2020 and 2021.

As part of its expansion, Landlord Action welcomed new leadership last year. Paul Sowerbutts, a qualified solicitor with 20 years’ extensive knowledge of housing within the private and social sectors, joined the team. As Head of Legal, Paul will oversee the transformation of the business as it moves towards handling more complex legal cases, whilst maintaining a competitive and efficient fixed fee eviction service.
