Steve Lillistone, most recently Sales and Marketing manager for Bairstow Eves London Region has been appointed as East London Area Director, whilst Jason Maresca has joined the division as North London Area Director, following his latest role of North London regional manager for Bairstow Eves.
The appointments follow a strong year of growth for the division, which is uniquely positioned within Countrywide, the UK’s largest estate agency and property services group, allowing the team to utilise the power of 1,300 estate agency and lettings branches across the country.
Both Steve and Jason have had extensive experience in the property industry, having both worked their way up the Countrywide estate agency network, predominantly in commuter belt areas.
Previous roles have included junior Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Manager, with responsibility for a number of outer London estate agency branches.
Steve has over 19 years experience with Countrywide, whilst Jason started his career with Countrywide as a junior negotiator in the Bletchley area in 1999.
