Participants raised a total of £5,500 for good causes which included the golf tournament, charity dinner and evening auction.
In total, 13 teams from the likes of top companies LSL Property Services, Your Move, myhomemove and BriefYourMarket competed for the prize of highest scoring team which was ultimately won by Atlas Displays – the shop fitting experts.
Karl Tatler, founder of the estate and letting agency of the same name, won the prize for the longest drive and Mark Montgomery CEO at myhomemove bagged the prize for worst drive! Simon Whale, Director at Reapit, won the prize for best dressed on the day.
David Newnes, Director of Agents Giving and Director of Estate Agency at LSL Property Services commented: “We would like to extend our thanks to our partners for the event, Ravensworth and Platinum HD TV, who also sponsored the event alongside Rayner Personnel, Hunters and Property Academy. This event would also not have been possible without the commitment of those teams that gave up their time to take part in this fun-packed day of fundraising.
We are now planning to hold another Golf Day after the success of May’s event, this time based in Newbury in Berkshire, which we would urge any estate agency or related businesses looking to give something back to good causes, whilst having a great time with colleagues, to sign up to.”
