Brickflow and Stamford Finance enter into new partnership to launch exclusive development exit product

The new product features loan sizes between £500k - £4m for residential and mixed-use asset classes.

Brickflow and Stamford Finance have announced that they have entered into a new agreement following the launch of an exclusive product delivered via the platform.

Stamford Finance says that it has enhanced its Development Exit product to reflect existing market dynamics and following increased demand from borrowers for competitive exit products, adding that the product suits the needs of borrowers looking to free up equity from good quality schemes.

This exclusive pilot is now live and available for a limited window in April 2025 and features loan sizes between £500,000 and £4m, 71% net day 1 LTV, minimum terms of 3 months and maximums of 12 months. Rates start from 1.05% per month.

With Stamford’s standard development exit offering at around 63.5% net day 1 LTV, the product listed on Brickflow reflects a significant uplift on the potential equity release against a completed site.
