The transaction will see William H Brown extend its reach into the Great Yarmouth housing market as well as absorbing Ian Sinclair's Gorleston branch into its existing operation in this town,
Reinforcing its pre-eminence in Norfolk's residential market, the Great Yarmouth branch will be re-branded to trade under the William H Brown banner. Ian Sinclair, its founder, will join William H Brown as a consultant, bringing many years local expertise to the new business.

William H Brown has been in operation for over 100 years and has over 100 branches across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, This latest acquisition of Ian Sinclair Ltd follows another recent purchase of Gorleston-based West Estate Agents in July 2011.
William H Brown has already has a lot of success with this office including over 60 sales agreed since opening. The success of the former West Estate Agent office has promoted the more recent acquisition for William H Brown.
