Vejay Pal, senior valuer at Graham Penny Auctions Nottingham, commented: “This is the second time we are holding one of our auctions at the annual East Midlands Landlord and Letting Agent Expo. Last year we secured our biggest ever auction attendance and achieved a staggering 55 per cent above reserve average which gives us and our vendors huge confidence going into our next auction.”

The East Midlands Landlord & Letting Agent Expo is a free one day event set to be attended by over a thousand landlords, letting agents and property investors and featuring an extensive programme of seminars and speaker presentations alongside an exhibition of more than 70 companies from suppliers to professional advisors and local authorities.
