Since the start of the year, the firm has raised £511m following the sale of 680 lots at its commercial auctions, with an average success rate of 92.5%.
Highlights of Allsop's final commercial event include Lot 8: Palmers Green, London - pharmacy let to Boots with three flats above. Guided at £2m (5.4% GIY), Lot 21: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire Three self-contained office suites and two flats, comprising a total of 3,712 sq ft. Guided at £1.8m+ (5.24% GIY), and Lot 66: Stockton-on-Tees, Multi Let industrial estate of 75,270 sq ft let at £281,172pa. Guided at £3.5m+ (8.0% GIY)
