"Our most recent record-breaking auction has shown us the resilience of the residential market, so we anticipate a very busy next couple of weeks in the run-up to the auction"

Allsop has released the catalogue for its upcoming residential auction - its eighth residential auction of the year and offering 173 lots, of which 10 are guided at £500,000.
The catalogue features a wide range of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including a freehold site in Uxbridge with possible development potential, guided in excess of £900,000.
Allsop will be holding an additional August auction in response to sustained investor demand, following a busy residential auction in July, which raised over £67.5 million from the sale of 364 lots.
Auction highlights include:
Lot 60: Islington, London – two freehold well-located terraced buildings, extending to approximately 3,759 sq. ft., guided at £1.6m+
Lot 99: Sevenoaks, Kent – a freehold semi-detached house with nine rooms, guided at £1.1m+
Lot 63: St.Helen’s, Merseyside – long-leasehold substantial corner building covering approximately 6,027 sq. ft., guided at £700,000+
Richard Adamson, residential managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “With the recent interest rate cut anticipated to further reinvigorate the residential property market, we are delighted to release a diverse catalogue featuring around 173 properties across the country.
