Property consultancy and auction house, Allsop has released the catalogue for its upcoming two-day residential auction, offering 371 lots.

The catalogue features a wide range of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including rare lots such as an unbroken street of 19 houses in Skegness, Lincolnshire, guided in excess of £1.4 million.

Highlights of October's catalogue include Lot 25 – Finborough Road, Chelsea - a freehold building arranged to provide four self-contained flats, guided at £1.9m+, Lot 59 – Stanmore, Middlesex – a freehold unbroken block of six flats, guided at £1.8m+, and Lot 110 – Skegness, Lincolnshire - rarely available unbroken street of 19 freehold houses, producing an income of £110, 856 p.a. with four houses vacant, guided at £1.4m+

The release of this catalogue follows Allsop’s record-breaking residential auction in September, at which it raised £92.7 million from 371 lots, representing a success rate of 89%. It will be Allsop’s 10th residential auction of the year.

Richard Adamson, Residential Managing Partner and Auctioneer at Allsop, said: “Following our record-breaking auction at the end of September, we are delighted to release our two-day October auction catalogue.

"The residential market has been showing some positive signs over the past few months, and we anticipate this will be another popular sale. Whilst the market is understandably keeping one eye firmly focused on the upcoming Autumn Budget, there appears to be little signs that confidence has been dampened.”
