UK auction house, Allsop has announced that it has launched its latest catalogue featuring a mixture of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities including a freehold HMO building arranged as 35 ensuite bedrooms in Coventry, guided in excess of £2.6m, and a semi-detached building arranged as three self-contained flats in East Sussex, guided at over £1m.
Highlights include Lot 79: Alton Road, Roehampton – a freehold detached building and garage with planning for reconfiguration of an existing building and two new build cottages, guided at £1.75m+ and Lot 26: West, London – a freehold mid-terrace building, guided £900,000+.
The release of the catalogue follows Allsop’s February residential auction, at which it raised over £55 million from 169 lots sold, achieving a success rate of 82%.
Allsop’s next residential auction will be held online on 19th March via live stream.
