Property auction house, Allsop, has released the catalogue for its upcoming three-day residential auction, offering 492 lots, featuring 16 that are guided at over £1m.

The catalogue features a mixture of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including a leasehold car park in Plymouth, guided in excess of £2.9m.

The release of this near-500-lot catalogue follows a busy June residential auction, which saw the firm raise over £57m from 250 lots, representing a success rate of 82%. It will be Allsop’s seventh and biggest residential auction of the year with additional auctions earmarked for 2024 in line with an increase in investor demand.

Highlights of July's event include:

- Lot 257: Holland Park, London – a leasehold self-contained three-bedroom flat, extending to approximately 2,286 sq. ft., guided at £5.8m+

- Lot 347: Fulmer, Buckinghamshire – a freehold detached six-bedroom house with planning, extending to approximately 11, 130 sq. ft., guided at £4m+

- Lot 259: Plymouth, Devon – a leasehold 52-space surface car park, located alongside the historic Barbican quarter, producing an income of £360,756 p.a., guided at £2.9m+

Richard Adamson, residential managing partner and auctioneer at Allsop, said: “We are thrilled to release our latest catalogue with nearly 500 lots on offer, which will be sold over three days. The residential market has proven to be robust during volatile times, and the recent election result has provided some much-needed reassurance to the market.

"The residential property market appears to be heading in the right direction, so we anticipate a very busy couple of weeks in the run-up to the auction.”
