Property auction house, Allsop, has released the catalogue for its upcoming three-day residential auction, offering 492 lots, featuring 16 that are guided at over £1m.
The catalogue features a mixture of residential and mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the UK, including a leasehold car park in Plymouth, guided in excess of £2.9m.
The release of this near-500-lot catalogue follows a busy June residential auction, which saw the firm raise over £57m from 250 lots, representing a success rate of 82%. It will be Allsop’s seventh and biggest residential auction of the year with additional auctions earmarked for 2024 in line with an increase in investor demand.
Highlights of July's event include:
- Lot 257: Holland Park, London – a leasehold self-contained three-bedroom flat, extending to approximately 2,286 sq. ft., guided at £5.8m+
- Lot 347: Fulmer, Buckinghamshire – a freehold detached six-bedroom house with planning, extending to approximately 11, 130 sq. ft., guided at £4m+
- Lot 259: Plymouth, Devon – a leasehold 52-space surface car park, located alongside the historic Barbican quarter, producing an income of £360,756 p.a., guided at £2.9m+
