Auction house and property consultancy, Allsop has released the catalogue for its February commercial auction, featuring 90 lots across the UK.
The catalogue features a wide range of investment and development opportunities across the UK, with 37% of the lots on offer located in London and the southeast. The highest-value lot to be presented at the February auction is a freehold postal sorting office with redevelopment potential in New Cross, southeast London, guided from £5 million (lot 36).
Allsop’s auction arm concluded 2024 with a record-breaking result, having raised over £1 billion from both residential and commercial auctions despite political and economic turbulence and slower-than-anticipated interest rate cuts.
Auction highlights include Lot 21: Kwik Fit, Hampstead – let on a lease expiring in 2043, guided at £2.5 million - £2.6 million, Lot 45: White Rose Shopping Centre, Rhyl – comprising 108,919 sq. ft, let at £573,251 pa, guided at £1.9 million - £2 million, and Lot 50: Arrow Industrial Estate, Willenhall – A multi estate of 35,236 sq. ft let at £157,166 pa guided at £1.55 million - £1.65 million.
