New 'five minute' estate agency portal launches

New 'voice lead' platform Triplerr launches into the UK market today, providing a free-to-list consumer facing property portal (TheMove.com) backed up by a remote fleet of ‘super agents’ that pledge to call and qualify every enquiry made within five minutes.

"The ‘voice lead’ concept we’ve invented more than doubles the amount of information gathered by online property search portals"

This qualification call is recorded, and the information contained in it is matched by a proprietary algorithm to agents with properties that match the search criteria.

Matched agents will then receive an alert on their Triplerr app and they can listen, review and choose whether to purchase the voice lead. As soon as they purchase the lead, they are connected to the customer instantly.

Already launched and active in Dubai and New York, Triplerr says the technology aims to address the nation’s frustrations with estate agents who don’t call back to deliver a better customer experience and more relevant leads for agents.

The platform will be live shortly and the company has launched a Seedrs crowdfunding campaign to raise fresh capital.

Its research found that 80% of property hunters across the UK have never had a completely positive estate agent experience, with nearly three in 10 (28%) admitting they don’t get a reply or call back when enquiring about properties.

Sam Singh, founder and chief executive of Triplerr, said: “Having proven the Triplerr technology works in the New York and Dubai we are now incredibly excited to bring it to the UK market. The ‘voice lead’ concept we’ve invented more than doubles the amount of information gathered by online property search portals, to help agents follow up with the customers they’re most able to help with their search.

"Our research shows that nearly half (44%) of property hunters in the UK6 would rather speak to a person about their house hunt and so our tech will help agents deliver a better quality of service for customers and generate more revenue themselves.”
